We are a handmade chocolate company that had its humble beginnings as one-man operation at the Prahran Market back in 2007. We then moved on to operate out of a store and cafe in Collingwood. Today we are trading solely out of our factory space in Brunswick East.
Sourcing only the highest quality of ingredients, and chocolate using the best couverture possible, we offer an organic and gluten free range, with dairy free and vegan dark chocolates, all made without additives or preservatives.
Sustainability underpins our methods: despite not being certified, we use fair trade cacao and chocolate; we have expanded our bean to bar range, and we now have small batches of different beans from a variety of sources that rotate throughout the year; we also use environmentally-friendly packaging where possible. In addition to our hand-made chocolates, we also hand wrap on premises too.
Most importantly, we are committed to sharing our artisanal approach to chocolate-making with our community. From East Elevation (the cafe under the same roof as us) - you’d be able to witness our production team at work! It’s been quite the adventure and the journey, but ten years on, we are pretty chuffed that we won an award in the International Chocolate Awards this year with our 55% Ecuador is a Vegan milk bar!
